Before you call
How does a whole house job start?
With an on-site quote. We walk the house and the lot, look at size, access and what has to go, and give you a firm price before anything starts.
What has to happen before you start?
Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off.
Does it need an asbestos inspection first?
Often yes, and on some jobs it is required by law, which depends on why the structure is coming down. Where it applies, a notification has to be filed with the county or the state at least ten working days before we can start. You arrange the inspection and we will not schedule until it is done. We do not do asbestos work of any kind.
What if there is mold?
If we see obvious mold, we'll tell you before going further. Mold remediation isn't something we do.
Do you remove the foundation and slab?
Tell us what you need removed. We confirm at the on-site quote what we can take out and how it's priced.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the house and the site. We give you a timeline at the quote.
Do you haul it all away?
Yes. Every demolition job includes the haul away. The same crew tears it down, loads it and takes it with us. No dumpster and no separate hauler.
