Before you call
Can you do just the cabinets, or just the counters?
Yes. You set the scope and we stay inside it. Cabinets only, counters only, or the full kitchen.
Can you save cabinets that are still good?
Yes. Tell us before the job starts and we'll uninstall those instead of tearing them out, and set them aside for you.
What has to happen before you start?
Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off.
How is demolition priced?
On site, after we walk the job. It depends on the size, materials, access and how much there is to haul. You get one firm price before we start, and it only changes if the scope does.
Do you haul it all away?
Yes. Every demolition job includes the haul away. The same crew tears it down, loads it and takes it with us. No dumpster and no separate hauler.
What about asbestos in an older home?
We don't do asbestos work. If a certified inspector or abatement company is needed, that happens before we start. Tell us the age of the home when you call.
